Today, 23 October, a summary trial was held against the following young men who have been detained since 9 May for participating in a mass demonstration that took place in El Aaiun the same month on 4 May 2013.

ABAH HOSEN, who is under 17, was presented to a closed court given that he is underage, whilst the others were presented in a group hearing, attended by the defense lawyers who, given that the trial is to be postponed until 30 October 2013, have requested that the young men be provisionally set free until the hearing date.
