Mr. Mayara was tortured and has severe back pain, but according to his family did not receive any medical care.<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Abdel Fatah Dalal, also detained in the Black Jail of occupied El Aiun \u00a0was presented yesterday in court and sentenced to one year imprisionment.<\/p>\n<p>The trials of Mr. Mohamed Baber, Aliyen Mossaoui and Abdelmotalib Sarir were rescheduled for October 28th \u00a0in the Court of occupied El Aiun capital city of Western Sahara.<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Abed Khalik Elmerkhi \u00a0will go to trial on the 20th of November in Agadir South of Morocco<\/p>\n<p>Adala UK urges once again the international community to pressure the Morrocan Kingdom to respect the basic rights of the saharawi political prisoners and to provide the necessary medical assistance.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>By Sidi Ahmed Abdala Mr. Elmojahid Mayara, saharawi political prisoner in the Black Jail of occupied El Aiun capital of Western Sahara \u00a0entered an open hunger strike on October 14th.
