Elhaiba Moulay Kaiss had been detained on 7<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0October 2013 in the city of Golmim in Southern Morocco.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>This is the harshest sentence handed down to members of a group of young people who were arrested as a result of their participation in peaceable demonstrations in Golmim at the end of September 2013.
