38 years ago, on 31 October 1975, the Moroccan invasion of Western Sahara took place with tanks and armored vehicles entering the territory from Hauza and Djederia, east of Smara.

The Moroccan regime diverted attention away from the military invasion, which started a period of destruction, killings and kidnappings of the Saharawi population, towards the so-called ‘Green March’, which reached the border post of Tah, between Daoura and Tarfaya (in Western Sahara) on 6th November 1975.
Adala UK condemns the Moroccan military invasion of Western Sahara, the Green March on 6 November 1975 and the three party treaty of Madrid on 14 November 1975!
